Dear Mr Trump,
Please issue an EXECUTIVE ORDER on Secretary John Kerry’s Behalf.
All persons that can be classified as a Federal Employee or a Retired Federal Employee, SHALL be Prohibited from using or Owning ANY kind of AIR CONDITIONING, ANYWHERE. All violations SHALL be a Felony, Punishable by a Mandatory 5 years in Prison and a $10 Million Dollar Fine, payable forthwith or $100 per day credit for Jail Time served.
Call it the KERRY ACT!!
Someone needs to get a version of this to Donald Trump for him to enact on the EPA, NASA, and a couple of other agencies: together with forbidding any government-funded travel by anyone in any of those agencies, as long as there is any sign or claim of global warming by any government agency.
