If this isn’t a scam, cognitive changes can be medical emergencies, as in transient strokes, or full strokes. Checking with a doctor wouldn’t be a bad idea, and if things are bad enough, a call to 911 for emergency care might be warranted.
Take some Valerian Root and go to bed. Things will be better in the morning.

I hope you are ok! I have days where it’s extremely hard to breath. I can’t sit up and post. Then, I’ll have a few days, like the past six or so where I can breath better. And I can return to sitting and post again. I’ll pray for you.
Consider seeing a doctor and evaluation. Probably nothing but sudden emotional changes can single possible physical problems.
