Holy smokes. I don't mean to be dramatic, but I just suffered a major meltdown. I do not know how or why. But I think I may be in trouble. What should I do?

F stands for FACE: Ask the person to smile. Does one side of the face droop?A stands for ARMS: Ask the person to raise both arms. Does one arm drift downward?
S stands for SPEECH: Ask the person to repeat a simple phrase. Is their speech slurred or strange?
T stands for TIME: If you observe any of these signs, call 9-1-1 immediately.
Hallucinations could be Parkinson’s or other disease. See your doc.

Was watching X-Files on Netflix the other night, and Scully was trying to pass of witness accounts of strange stuff due to tumors.
Seems they can be a source of hallucinations.

Hopefully yours is just needing some different vitamins or not having the peppered pork roll before bedtime. BUT - maybe the thought of a tumor will up the ante to see a doctor. Especially if this has happened before. Good luck.

See a doctor as soon as you can. Are you on some kind of medication? Saying a prayer for you, I thought this was a different type of thread at first.
Does it seem that you can feel your heart beating? Do you “skip” a beat when you take your pulse? Heart palpitations can mimic anxiety. Go see your doctor.
Dry out. I think that would’ve stopped the Wicked Witch’s meltdown.
