I untied her and put her in my backyard. Hope she doesn’t tear up my excuse for a garden...
If she starts raising a ruckus, I might have to haul her down to her house and pound on the door... she has visited me before and I don’t want to turn her loose.

Same thing happened to me about 20 years ago with a German Shepherd I had never seen before. Didn’t want to turn him loose. Put him in the back yard. The next day, it looked like the Army Corp of Engineers had passed through my back yard. Every plant and almost every tree had been bitten in half at the trunk, or had been pulled out of the ground. Big holes had been dug in the turf. We never did find his owner. Had him for ten years until he died of leukemia. He was the best dog ever - starting day 2.
