“For the keltec, recommend either a solid full sized vertgrip, or nothing at all. “
While it hasn’t happened to me, I have heard a few people saying that the small mounting area of a vertical grip will break the handpump plastic. The recommendation is whatever device has the most surface mounting area. It makes sense to me.
The man handling of the pump action is something that I scoffed at until I tried it. I’m right handed, and I actuate the pump so firmly that I use the gun in my left hand. In fact, the whole thing is more pleasant in the left hand. The gun is an oddity for many reasons. The bullpup design lends itself to ease of portability and storage. I can use an SMG case to carry with plenty of space to spare. I can put it in my backpack. I wrote a bit here about a year ago about the grey-man need for a short overall-length firearm for modern SHTF scenarios.
All in all, the KelTec is truly a jam-o-matic. To prevent the jams and FTF conditions you just have to work it like a gorilla.
He was elected in the 4th district an democrat with eastern Washington values, then swept out in 94, and moved back over to Bainbridge Island and was elected to several terms as a true liberal democrat.
I have talked to him several times and heard him speak several more and your assessment is the same as mine...
I still believe that Rob McKenna could have prevailed - right up to the point where he sold us out on phag marriage. I tried reaching out to his campaign and was rebuffed. I tried all of my and my brothers contacts to implore him to hold the line and they ignored us.
I see that he is vying for some other office but Ill be damned if Ill ever waste another vote on him.
and his wife is a pushy bitch. One of those “do you know who I am!” types.
Nope. Done with Rob too.
I’m a huge fan of Magpul and plastic weapons in general.
I was a redleg in the Army and hauled giant metal motor on my back enough that I like anything light.
