He has more power if declares a National State of Emergency. No congressional approval needed. As if he cares about that but put a foot on the neck of just about all activities and rights. He probably won’t go that far (yet) but you know darn well that it’ll be the usual military style high powered weapons blaj, blah,blah. Congress needs to act, blah, blah, blah.
