Black Lives Matter Protesters close major street in Portland Maine

A group of BLM protesters have formed a circle in the middle of the very busy "Commercial Street" in the heart of the "Old Port District".
Police have blocked off all traffic on the street, which is normally jammed to capacity with cars and pedestrians on a typical Summer weekend night.
The protesters have declared they don't care if they are arrested.

In Portland, Maine?? Were the participants mostly white hippies? Were any members of the local Somali "community" involved?
We live in CT, but love the beautiful Maine coast in the summer. SO strange to see that Somali community plopped in the middle of Portland. Not far from the Portland Sea Dogs' Hadlock Field, if I remember correctly...

Yeah, I saw a couple of Salamis in the mix. So strange to see that Somali community plopped in the middle of Portland.
