Well, I could use the insurance company’s service, but I would be constricted by state regulations. AAA is national, so I’m good with it. Especially since I’m planning to move to southern Utah within a year or so. I also had it in Arizona. The price is the same, depending on the plan. I have the middle plan because of the tow benefits of 200 miles.

I don’t know if I was just fortunate in those days, but with the $$ I was throwing at AAA every month compared to the cost of a tow when I needed it I found I was better off just paying for service.

Not that I didn’t buy a jump-starter. But that was also cheaper.
