The sky has glowered and is precipitous. The temperature has dropped 10° since noon. The wind is blusterating. Leafthings are being stripped from the trees. The notalwaysAccu-rateWeather folk are claiming 'rain heavy at times for the next 41 minutes.' And they have added 'Thunderstorms with heavy winds this afternoon'...

It has become a yucky day. (Didn't A.A. Milne write that.. ? ;-)

The wind has picked up but it’s not going to bring any rain, since the wind is from the SE and all the rain is to the west of us.

I somehow missed all the weather prevarications this morning, so I have no idea what’s in store for tomorrow. At least, weatherwise. I will, of course, wash clothes and perhaps go to Walmart, and DEFINITELY go to vote.

But since I will wash my Arkansas Razorback jacket, I’m hoping for “mild” weather. At least until Tuesday...
