My people sometimes wonder if we’re good enough, and I tell them that if the congregation isn’t satisfied, they don’t have to pay us (which they already don’t), and that anyone who thinks they can do better is welcome to take a turn.

For the record, although we always welcome suggestions, we haven’t had any complaints.
