I can see where that would be very tiring, talking all day, saying the same things to different people at different times.
I’m a little on the tired side today. So tired, in fact I don’t want to eat because it’s too much effort to forage and then cook something.
What I really want is to go to bed.

One good thing, though; I found BBCTV online so I can watch “Are You Being Served?” And of course, “Keeping Up Appearances.” I never get tired of those. Nor “Antiques Roadshow.” Somehow, that’s more fun than the American version. ;o]

Well, I’m home. I’ve vacuumed, washed dishes, clean up the bathroom, run some laundry ...
Entropy is *strong* here.
Kathleen colored a picture for me: purple flamingoes, purple water, purple palm trees ...
And always a change into clean dry socks is as good as a nap...good for another 20 miles of hiking or another 6 hrs on an all nighter, limousins for the feet....or so I've found.

I told my pharmacist I was envious of his trip to Montana (a state I haven’t been to) and he said, “If you can carry a 50# pack, I’ll take you next time I go.” I can. I have, at least once a month in the not too distant past, when I was on Shank’s Ponies. (I don’t think he was serious, of course. But it was nice of him to offer!)
But I also took said backpack to Pakistan with me, and only a small carry-on bag. :o]) I was there three weeks.

I like clean socks, myself, although I prefer sleep.
Speaking of which, we’re supposed to go to a pool party this evening, so I’d better go find a bathing suit and not accidentally fall into bed with Jake! Jake appeared as soon as I came home, told me Mao, and allowed me to let him in and out several times.
It won’t be long before I head for the barn. I’ve been very tired the last two days, but need to marshal my efforts to get the sheets and towels done tomorrow. I would wash the mattress pad, but I think it would fall apart.
It’s getting worn out, too, as it doesn’t want to stay on. And it doesn’t heat up properly, either. I get so cold if I don’t have it on. But I don’t know when I’ll be able to get one. *sigh*

If this chair was more comfortable, I would be very tempted to stay in it until morning!
