For “electrosensitives”, just put them in a large Faraday cage with an antenna and a button. Have a computer randomly turn RF on and off. When they detect the RF, they press the button.
If they’re really sensitive to the presence of a signal, they’ll be able to match the computer’s on-off pattern with their button presses.
