Add to this that the shooter had no prior arrests, making him eligible for a legal gun purchase, and what the heck is Obama yammering about gun control yet again??? The Democrats obviously want to disarm Americans so they can enslave us in our own country. Hillary should never become president.
Not only that, but the shooter was, at one time, a member of the US military. So our government trusted him to have access to a very wide variety of weapons, including machine guns, mortars, anti-tank missiles, and so on. Following the logic of the anti-gun crowd, you need to do background checks to make sure it is safe for a particular person to have access to "weapons of war". And presumably the US military branches do just that.
But that scheme obviously didn't work. You can't guarantee safety by enforcing some kind of test, or even doing something wildly unconstitutional like limiting firearms ownership to certain "trained" groups, like veterans or retired and current duty police officers.

Well there ya have it. All legal gun purchasers who have no criminal intent will be guilty of “precrime” under new Obama command directed legislation.
Correct. No legislation proposed state or federal gun control law would have stopped this racist from murder. He had no record so he passed every background check. The weapon used wasn’t an “assault rifle”, not even in California.
