The answer doesn’t eat up a lot of time. Simply put, no one was prepping Obama for POTUS back in ‘91. Had they been, he’d not have been allowed to list himself as ‘born in Kenya.’ People serious about winning the WH don’t go out of their way to disqualify their own candidate. It’s simply too stupid a move to be made by anyone putting any real thought into running a Manchurian candidate.
