Ever since My Rocket passed from kidney failure, we have made
sure to feed our little fuzz balls renal food, dry kibble and canned,
all supportive of kidneys, lysine “treats,” and hard teeth-cleansing
“treats” to keep their little teeth and gums clean.
Plenty of fresh, clean, reverse osmosis water with “Real Water” in it
to make even the water renal for our furbabies.
All four of them are doing well. Midnight, Tootsie, and little Shadow
are all doing fine. Bobbie is still on diabetes meds, and she gets 3
units of insulin twice a day.
She’s taking it like a trooper, I’ll tell you what.
No more kidney failure for any cats in this house, ever again and over
my dead body.
