Well I found out the “I” stands for “intersex” but I still have no idea what that means and Wikipedia was no help. I think mentally ill pretty much covers it.

Interesex is the new term for what used to be called hermaphrodite.

I is for intersex, formerly hemorphradite.
Actually, that’s the only one that is biologically valid, IOW the person really is “born that way” and can’t help it, with partially developed genitalia of both male and female.
L,G,B,T and Q are behaviors; lifestyle choices.
