The dragon fruit isn’t particularly strong-flavored, a bit like a sweet, mild kiwi, but it is ever so creamy, filled with small black seeds that give it a nice crunch and are evidently indigestible.

I've been through some 20 cities in Cundinamarca and while it is a lovely country full of wonderful people, it can be a real stretch to find suitable accommodations in the remote areas.

Perhaps better to avoid some of that "fiber".
