In proper war there is a solution to your problem people. I find this whole legal point mute. Does it matter why or if a state leaves but whats the point.

A country that is part of a union is different than a state, even Texas. Could you imagine counties of a state wanting to become a state? If you know your Texas history you know that it was Mexico before illegal immigrants from the USA settled there.

If anything we need to restructure the whole three branches. Hell we cant even think of 70% or more Americans to vote.

If you know your history Texas was Mexico is more fiction than fact. Texas was ruled by Spain for 100’s of years ruled by Mexico for 20. And besides that Mexico has zero ability to govern Texas. Texas was in fact ruled by the Indians that killed anyone and everyone that tried to settle in Texas. That is why the Americans were invited to come to Texas. Mexico could not govern Texas when ever Mexican that came to Texas was killed.
