Texas tried succession once, but it did not turn well. Today, what would succession accomplish unless we deported the all the liberals, illegals and a few other disaffected groups?

In proper war there is a solution to your problem people. I find this whole legal point mute. Does it matter why or if a state leaves but whats the point.

A country that is part of a union is different than a state, even Texas. Could you imagine counties of a state wanting to become a state? If you know your Texas history you know that it was Mexico before illegal immigrants from the USA settled there.

If anything we need to restructure the whole three branches. Hell we cant even think of 70% or more Americans to vote.
