I saw what she did, but don’t see why she did it.
At first I thought maybe the snake had swallowed her puppy. Then I thought, maybe she want’s to milk the venom for whatever purpose. I guess she just did it for fun, and barehanded at that.
My grandmother would do that. Find a ratsnake or a kingsnake loafing around and pick it up to take to the corn crib to catch mice.
So, how did the fight end?
When the cats bring me wiggly presents, I pull the small ones in half (latest yesterday morning). Those a little larger get to meet the backside of my cast iron skillet, bam! Anything larger, Mr. B must deal with.
