I take 2 Benadryl every night. It’s not technically habit-forming, other than I can’t sleep without it. Lately, I’ve been waking up a couple of hours early. I do have a very uncomfortable mattress.
There is a recently discovered connection with substantial Benadryl use and increased dementia in the elderly and dementia over time.
