Panetta: Trump Accused the President of Treason
Thursday on MSNBCs Andrea Mitchell Reports former Obama administration Director of the Central Intelligence Agency and Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta said presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump is accusing the president of the United States of treason and collaborating with the enemy.
Panetta said, Well, I have to tell you in 50 years of public life, I have never experienced a major party candidate making the accusations and raising the innuendos that Donald Trump raised, particularly at this moment of crisis. My experience is when this country has been attacked, this country comes together and unifies and builds a consensus about how we protect ourselves in the future. What Trump is doing is the exact opposite.

To me, that simply means that Trump spoke truth to power.
I am hoping a President Trump prosecutes obama
Trump is right and Panetta is a lying hack weasel.
Panetta is a full blown communist - ‘nuf said.
“Trump Tribunals” now THAT is a reason for him to start his own TV channel.
“A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly.
But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men.
He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear. The traitor is the plague.” - Marcus Tullius Cicero
If we find out Obama/Hillary was behind the creation of ISIS with proof. They should be charged for treason
I would say that Panetta finally crawled out from under the heavy rock he was under, found out how bad this Country really is, and without knowing anything since the Bush days, thought Trump was not a name of a person, but something else...
Wait until Panetta finally figures out what is really going on...
My experience is when this country has been attacked, this country comes together and unifies and builds a consensus about how we protect ourselves in the future.
It is not possible to build a consensus when one side is importating terrorists so it can use power to (supposedly) disarm the terrorists, and the other side is opposed to importing terrorists in the fist place, so the rest of us can practice our God-given rights without violating a government edict.
Panetta is yearning for the days when all the people interested in government service are in agreement about how to prevent the public from resisting immoral edicts.
Richard M. Nixon should have never hired Leon Panetta back in 1970; look what it led too.
This country was attacked? I thought Zer0 told us this was just the actions of a lone, twisted, hateful individual. I wish that Panetta would tell us what entity it was that attacked us.
Hillary Clinton Received Secret Memo Stating Obama Admin Support for ISIS
I’m accusing Leon Panetta of treason and collaborating with the enemy.
Leon is pissed. We should all run away and hide.
Review exactly what Trump said. I have and there’s no way you can come away saying Trump accused nobama of anything except not being very smart.
Granted, Trump did say, “... there’s something else on his mind.” But Trump didn’t attempt to guess what it was.
If the shoe fits,
Panetta was a neighbor of mine back in the 70’s. He was a radical left-wing attorney from the 60’s on.
He was actually born with a little bit of a silver spoon.
You would have thought he’d have been grateful for what this country did for him.
This is still America. We are allowed to hold individual opinions. That’s all this is, Trump’s opinion. Trump will not pay homage to a dangerous phony, and Panetta doesn’t have to like it.
Yup.
