Fix “Finder” to actually allow you to put things where you want.
Existing “Finder” feels like it was written by 3 year olds.
Make a Thunderbolt2-3 monitor that also works with Display Port.
Do just this and you will be 10 years ahead of Microsoft.
Dump the rest of the fu-fu.
What are you talking about? You can always put things in Finder where you want to. Open Finder preferences and set show Hard drives, external disks, CDs, DVDs, and iPODs, and Connected Servers.
