Was the shooter white? If so, then here we go again...
Shooter was a cop, looked to be Hispanic - cop’s name hasn’t been released yet, neither has the shootee’s.
Also, this is Texas and there were lots of witnesses already on record as seeing the guy charge the cop twice, yelling SHOOT ME SHOOT ME. Being Texas, everyone will figure the guy got what he deserved for it. This isn’t going to be another Ferguson.
