Bristol Palin is married.
The daughter of Sarah Palin wed former fiance Dakota Meyer in a surprise ceremony she revealed in an interview with Entertainment Tonight.
'Life is full of ups and downs but in the end, you'll end up where you're supposed to be,' said the newlyweds.
'We are so happy to share with loved ones the wonderful news that we got married!'
They added: 'Hard work and God's grace are the foundation of our new life together, and with the love and support of our family we know we can get through anything.'
The couple had planned to wed last year over Memorial Day Weekend in Dakota's home state of Kentucky, but the wedding was called off at the last second.
Then, in December, Bristol, 25, gave birth to the couple's daughter Sailor Grace.

FYI, the Palins are sacred cows to some here at FR whom have no tolerance for humorous, sarcastic, cynical or iconoclastic opinions.
You will be assimilated.

Yes. Yes, all mine and my one-and-only husbands, no multiples.
Congratulations!
My mother had 9 (one died in childbirth). A great many people regret not having more children.
Very few regret having children.

Thirty years of marital bliss for me this July 5th. Marriage is a great institution.
I think everyone should be institutionalized.
Hey, whoa! Take my wife ...

“I still cant help but sometimes think had Bristol had better morals, or at least some common sense and used birth control, Obama might never have been president!”
Interesting observation. Still, I think that by the time Sarah had spoken her first sentence at the Convention, all media had vowed to take her down and annihilate her. Bristol’s situation probably was just one piece in the whole puzzle.

All media bought airline tickets and bombarded Alaskans for quotes and made-up stuff to bring down her governorship and her future National office aspirations. Her family wasn't prepared for that degree of lying invasiveness. Whose family would be?
The media-protected Clintons never were nor ever will be as loved as SP and her family.

Yes, you’re right: all historians and polls bear out that it was Bristol’s pregnancy that launched Obama’s career.

It is beyond me how people can hate on the Palins. Probably the same people who are cringing over Trump.
