Justice Sonia Sotomayor:
In a 1999 speech: "I would hope that a wise woman with the richness of her experiences would, more often than not, reach a better conclusion."
In a 2002 speech to the Princeton club: "I would hope that a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experiences would, more often than not, reach a better conclusion."
In 2004, in a speech on women judges at Seton Hall Law School: "I would hope that a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experiences would, more often than not, reach a better conclusion."

Then these are racist statements too - right?
Yes they are. That does not make Trump’s statement any less racist.
Mexican’s not a race.
Would it make you feel better if I called Trump an ignorant bigot instead?
The only ignorant bigots in this discussion are you and the judge.
I’ve got the Muppet Baby theme song stuck in my head - except its anchor babies.
Maybe Trump is not a racist, but his statement was.

What race are Mexicans? The term is a nationality, not a race. EX: What race are Americans? ...Ridiculous!
The term racist has become meaningless.
the tern race has many meanings, when someone calls someone a racist, ask them to define the word.

Depends on what you mean by racist. Sotomayor, and all your liberal friends, believe that racism can be a positive thing. That acknowledging race can be acknowledging strength - as long add the acknowledged race is non-white. Trump is pointing out that racism exists in races because they are races, and that that indicates a bias. You seen to be taking the position that even acknowledging the existence of race bias, through the acknowledgement of race itself, is wrong. Why is that? Why is race, per se, never to be acknowledged? It has a definite impact on human behavior. Why can’t that be acknowledged? How is that innately wrong, versus just innate? How is denying it helpful, rather than simply enabling preferential race bias by the accuser? Why should all human dynamics be denied to the subject of race? If they aren’t, which races do you choose to affirm, and which races do you choose to denigrate? How far should that race bias be allowed to go? The organization that Trump’s judge belongs to, LaRaza, believes that ultimately non-Chicanos should be killed. Do you agree with that? Is disagreeing with that, racist? Chicanos are also technically not a race - they are a mix of Spanish and native Central American. Is it racist to point that out? What is the word for addressing the subject of race, other than the moral condescension that goes implicitly with the word racism? What is an adequate defense to such a charge? Is there any? Why should racism be so powerful, when no other word is? And finally, why do you think you have any authority, whatsoever, to call anyone a racist, when all human beings belong to one or another race? Does the hypocrisy bother you, or do you feel above any conflict because if your unique and superior understanding of this issue?
At one time, SSNs were applied for when one acquired a job, not handed out at birthas today.
No individual is responsible for his parents’ legal status. But he IS responsible for his ties to La Raza, which should be an automatic recusal or disqualifier.
Maybe. Something like limiting it to children born here of legally present permanent residents.
Illegal immigrants are NOT subject to any jurisdiction. As proof, order them to report to the nearest police station or city clerk's office. What, no stampede?
There are lots of citizens who would decline that "invitation" (or reject that order) as well. They'll just send out armed men to bring 'em in, same for an illegal.
I think the key phrase is "born or naturalized in the United States", and the illegals are neither. Their kids born here are citizens through our own laws, until we get the guts to change them.
