You can form the argument that an American citizen's affiliations (La Raza, for example) affect his behavior.

That is one of the points that Trump is making. You can't mention "La Raza" without also mentioning its association with "Mexican."

To argue that because an Amercan citizen's parents originated in another country (Czech Republic, Italy, Mexico, etc. for example) he cannot exercise civil rights as an American citizen is a losing argument.

I made no such argument. And neither did Trump. You're missing crucial CONTEXT.

As for religion, that is also a protected right of American citizens.

Not if that "religion" (or Death Cult) threatens others or acts violently while depriving others Americans of their Civil Rights.

Would you favor an amendment to rescind that right, or only apply it to certain religions ?

Why would we need any amendment that preserves our national sovereignty, heritage, and reinforces our constitutional right to limit any or all immigration as a matter of national security or prerogative?

Why do you seem to endorse the continued 250k Mooselimb "refugee" plague pouring into our nation? As well as endorsing a further Mexican/Central American flood of immigration?

No, your liberal inebriation and mantra of "equality," "tolerance" and "diversity" is NOT beneficial to the USA in any way.

You may not have noticed I limited my argument to American citizens. Yes, they have civil rights. Trying to argue they do not have civil rights if they are not conservative, or if their parents came from Africa or Mexico, or if they are Mormon or Moslem is a losing argument.

La Raza is a valid target as an example of a racial/ethnic heritage organization where affiliation may show bias in a judge. Trump's lawyers should make that case, not him. He needs to target his opponent Clinton and persuade American citizens that he should be the next President. His unfavorables are too high and need to come down. Focus attacks where they count, on the Democrat nominee. He has to win that race or it is all for nought.

As for non citizens, they should come here legally and the government sets policy on who is allowed to come legally.
