Is the hanging of miles of Christmas lights along streets and on electric poles at public expense something else you think people are silly in justifying?
Is the hanging of Christmas lights by one segment of the community at private expense something else you think is silly?
No because Christmas lights aren’t meant to get around a rule. They are using the wire to avoid a restriction. You may as well ignore the restriction if you are going to create ways to get past it.
