Just when you thought it was safe to go back in the water.
As the summer beach season opens across the United States, experts are warning beach goers to take extra precautions as they predict a record number of shark attacks this year.
George Burgess, director of the International Shark Attack File at the University of Florida, warned that the United States could expect more than 100 attacks this year - thanks, in part, to global warming.
'We should have more bites this year than last,' Burgess, said ...

My dogs have halitosis because of Global Warming. It’s not just regular old Dog Breath, oh no.
I haven’t been getting “whiter whites” in my laundry lately. I don’t think it’s my laundry soap, I believe it’s “global warming”.
And the lack of hurricanes?.... Global Warming?
I don’t think modern home washing machines/detergents get clothes clean. Try this sometime....
Bed sheets get dirtier toward the headboard end than at the foot. Next time you wash sheets, if they have any white on them, compare the white at the head versus at the foot. The head should be dirtier/less white. Wash the sheets. Compare again. If it’s anything like mine, the head board sheets will STILL look less white than at the bottom.
All the modern eco-friendly laundry systems leave us with dirty clothes.
LOL.
I’m dead serious. Try the sheet test yourself.
What do you propose to get clothes really clean?
It’s not the machine, it’s the detergent. They outlawed phosphates, which were what really got the clothes clean.
I have to use ‘high efficiency’ detergent, which I do and you’re right, it’s zero phosphate. Maybe the solution is to bleach the dirt white. LOL

Oh how we laughed at that movie, and laughed. And laughed.
Thanks for the reminder.
Shark week shows often involve guys goading the sharks with whatever, then tagging them. Sometimes just goading them for good camera shots. These pricks are causing these powerful animals to lose their natural fear of people.
Preventing people from fishing for sharks isn’t helping, as a shark competes with the fisherman for resources it would be better if we did hunt their predatory asses. Part of Agenda 21 is shoving people off the coasts into crowded super-cities inland. This is part of that, manufacturing fear which affects most people, but not the wild ones of course. They will own the coast, all coasts.
Or it could be that stupid humans keep disturbing the habitat of a wild animal.

However global warming has reduced the number of snowshoe accidents
“Global warming is blamed for record number of shark attacks in America”
yeah, I don’t know if shark attacks are connected with “global warming”, but I’m pretty sure “global warming” is responsible for the greatly increased number of Sharknado movies in recent years.
