A planet 1,200 light-years away is a good prospect for a habitable world

Now to figure out if it has an iron core and a magnetic filed to protect it from high doses of stellar radiation. Then we can send contractors there to build a Super Walmart that accepts EBT cards.

I would think that would be the least of the problems. After 1200 LY of travel time, the exposure to constant cosmic rays would likely kill you.................
