Good enough for John the Baptist good enough for me. We already eat arthropods, for example, crabs.

I heard some BBQ grubs taste like shrimp and can be grown in a box of vegetable scraps at home

Globalist elites destroy the world’s food supply so this is their way of selling food production to the masses.

...a desire to treat animals more humanely have proponents predicting entomophagy, or eating insects, will eventually spread more heavily to western and developed countries. They envision pancakes made with cricket flour... This statement is illogical. Pancakes and falafel are made with wheat, not animals. Why replace wheat with crickets?

I’ve tried crickets and grasshoppers. Don’t like them. They taste like pressed lawn pellets.
17 years cicadas harvested while they’re still soft, on the other hand, actually do taste a little like shrimp.

Crickets, grasshoppers and bees are actually quite delicious when sautéed in soy sauce, sugar, and sake, and other flavorings.

Bugatarians are welcome to my portions; in exchange, I’ll volunteer to eat their portions of steak out of the goodness of my heart, you know, to relieve them of any humanitarian guilt.
BTW, don’t Bugatarians know that insects have feelings too?

If they give it another name, I could see it becoming a fad. People who wouldn’t touch a plate of pigeon will still eat squab. But if they keep the names? No, the ick factor will still be there.
