It depends on what “softens” turns out to mean. I personally do not think Islam has a place in America, in any form or shape, because I do not believe it to be a true religion. It is either a cult, or more likely a form of government, and an extremely evil form at that.
Honestly, there is no reason a single one fo them has to be here. They bring NOTHING to the table. We are not strengthened or bettered by having a single muslim man, woman or child here. Not. A. Single. One.
