BS. You never heard about people attacking transgenders until they started faking their own attacks and fabricating stories. I wouldn't be surprised if the police found a baseball bat laying around the victim's apartment that has the same blunt force trauma silhouette signature as the injuries.

A "transgender man" is a woman. These five black men, all in their late teens or early 20s ganged up on a 32-year-old white women and beat her to a pulp in broad daylight on a weekday.

Presumably they addressed her as "white faggot" because they believed she was a man with effeminate style.
