It's a great idea, screw political correctness. When I worked in a diverse environment, I found that different minority groups tend toward unique strengths and weaknesses. It is a tendency, it's not an absolute, of course. Seeing how all blacks vs all whites problem solve would be fascinating.

In that diverse environment relying on recognizing strengths and approaches to problem solving in order to succeed (urban substitute teaching), it was obvious that priorities and solutions varied. I suspect it's a combination of heredity, culture, society norms and goals.
