Why do liberals consistently want us to apologize for events of the past?
They would like to see apologies for the atomic bomb, apologies for slavery and segregation, apologies for the shortcomings of the Founding Fathers, who allowed for slavery and didn’t give women equal rights at that time, apologies for the treatment of American Indians, and other causes.
In recent years, liberals have talked a lot about World War II events. They have said that the bombings of Dresden, Hamburg, the firebombings of Tokyo, as well as Hiroshima and Nagasaki were all war crimes and/or crimes against humanity.
And I ask myself, why? Why are the liberals focused on these past events, and pick them out as troublesome, without any context of why these events happened??? Why do the liberals not talk about why was it, that we bombed these cities??? Why do the liberals never talk about the fact that the Axis powers started World War II, and our aim was to finish it????
There’s an incredible lack of balance to these people picking out events for which we should apologize, and acknowldge guilt, without any context as to why we were in a position in the first place, to be at war with the Axis.
Japan can kiss my butt.

My father was on Okinawa and would have been part of the invasion.
Thousands of US military personnel would have died in the invasion of Japan.
Millions of Japanese would have died in the invasion of Japan.
Russia would have participated in the invasion of Japan and it is possible that Japan would have been partitioned, like Germany.
We only had two working bombs, there were none available for a so-called demonstration.
Even after the first bomb, the Japanese military didn’t want to surrender.

There is a movie that was made in the late 80s in China. It is probably the most gut wrenching film you could ever see and you’ll only watch it once. It would be the worst horror movie ever, but it was simply a literal depiction of everything the Japs were proven to have done.
It was filmed at the actual location. It could only have been filmed in China, and before the modern Chinese era. They used actual recently dead bodies for scenes that defy description.
