If the article in the link at #9 is correct, it sounds like a number of the comments above mine should be followed up with a retraction, and perhaps an apology for jumping to conclusions.
Seems like the woman accidentally spilled ketchup on the UPS guy’s shoe and the UPS guy was intoxicated and wouldn’t let it go. He may very well have brought on the response that ultimately resulted in his demise. Sounds like there are no winners in this case and maybe the woman’s fiancé was simply trying to protect her from an angry man.
You take your victims as you find them. The AA should be charged with at least manslaughter.
In the passive-aggressive world of black culture, we cannot be so sure that was an accident. It is common for them to do stuff like that on purpose to provoke a response. Very common.
I have seen that exact behavior many, many times. It's a way of sticking it to the man.
