Sounds delicious, but like you since I usually low carb, I don’t know if I’d be able to have all that garlic without putting it to use. There are a few low carb bread recipes out there, but don’t think it would do this justice. Looks yummy though!
Well, you cold put the garlic and some sliced chicken in lettuce leaves ;-)
When you’re seriously low-carbing, you have to treat bread as you do sweets - a now-and-then treat.

You could save what you didn’t eat outright (eat some outright with that bird!!) and mix it into cooked vegetables every night that week. Or mash it into your burgers. Mix it up into a salad dressing. Don’t waste that garlic! Lol.
