Update email?
Posted on 05/14/2016 3:08:27 PM PDT by Ignatz
It seems I cannot change the email address associated with my FR account. Well, I can change it, but the change does not persist. I even tried logging out and logging back in, but it had reverted to my old email address again. Doors anyone have any suggestions?

Ok, I am going to be the idiot who asks, “How the heck did you lose your job at the post office?”

All I can say is that it worked for me. So if that is what you are doing, then you are doing it correctly. No idea why it isn’t working.

I believe this site runs on COBOL with a screen scraper wrapper that makes it appear sort of like the web based apps from around the turn of the century.
Email was in its infancy back then so it wasn’t necessary to make its feature list all that robust.

As a member of the “Virgin Selection Committee” you might be surprised at the number of young women I’ve...umm...”declared” ineligible for sacrifice.
After all, men run that whole enterprise; we sure as hell aren’t gonna sacrifice the sluts, now are we? /grin

This post proves, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that I am not at this time, nor have I ever been, logged into FreeRepublic.
