This is considered dull normal or mildly mentally retarded. An I.Q. of 85 doesn’t allow an individual to be a contributing participant in a society with an average I.Q. of 15 points greater. The American negro falls right into the middle of the Goldilocks zone with regards to crime and I.Q. Any smarter and they could assimilate any stupider and they couldn’t even formulate a crime. It’s all they are mentally capable of doing. Despite the fact that this data is true, some will call this post racist and it may even be removed by a moderator. I’ve had posts on this same topic removed before illustrating your point that if you can’t accurately identify a problem there is no way you can solve a problem.
