This is much worse than someone simply having an aol or gmail account and simply having that account hacked, as aol or google would then be liable.
Hillary's Server was hacked, and that Server contained classified information, making Hillary personally liable for criminal negligence,
Hacked or not. Using a personal email account and private server constitute GROSS NEGLIGENCE.
Then we get to the part where the domain registration date indicates premeditation, which was also lied about (the “convenience” lie).
But there was no INTENT to break the law.
No INTENT to expose classified, secret, top secret, SAP, etc. information to ANYONE not cleared for such information.
Therefore.....she skates.

so , isn't she guilty of hypocrisy at least, and duplicity ?
The last I knew, and was taught, is that ignorance of the law is no excuse .
How can she not be held to the same standard that she enforced ?
