An Atlanta-area woman who called for black people to “rise up and shoot every white cop” apologized for her Facebook post Friday.
Prosecutors charged Ebony Dickens with terroristic threats and inciting a riot after they said she wrote, “I condone black on white killings. Hell they condone crimes against us,” and “death to all white cops nationwide” under her Facebook name Tiffany Milan last April.
Yet they dropped the rap in exchange for her offering of remorse while surrounded by law enforcement officials at a news conference Friday, WSB-TV reported.

So what about the gun they found in her home? Was it legal and if not why isn’t she being charged?
Did they force her to go to “sensitivity training” regarding whites?

They’ve pretty much been unofficially doing that. It’s called “de-policing”:
“It’s most definitely a result of de-policing,” she said. “Cops are backing off from proactive policing under the relentless, vicious assault, rhetorical assault on them, that they are racist. An assault that comes from the president on down, as well as the hostility that they’re encountering on the streets when they try to make an arrest or simply conduct a street investigation.”
While police are not ignoring 911 calls, Mac Donald said, they are erring on the side of caution when it comes to a host of discretionary decisions, like making a traffic stop or arresting a low-level offender. Aggressive tactics often prevent serious crime, she said.

I dunno, saying she might go out and kill fifteen cops tomorrow and that she “is plotting” seems like a pretty specific threat to me.

Who says people who look like this end up in front of a judge? I don’t like people judging a book by its cover this way. For example, every year in Mobile there is a “Toys for Tots” at Christmas and it’s scruffy, tatted-up bikers who do it. They’ve been doing it for years to huge success. There are plenty of people who wear a suit and tie everyday that are pure evil. Don’t believe me, look to Washington DC.
I'd offer that the issuer of any online bs could be looking into (G0d knows there's plenty of data collected on us). No arrests, no questioning, no going public unless credibility or probability of action is determined by risk assessment.
