I don't understand the vegan thing at all.

At a family dinner, one of my nieces declared at the dinner table that she was now a vegan. I told her I was so sorry to hear that and asked if there was a cure for her condition. She did not think that was funny but the rest of the table laughed.

Not much to understand. He had a quadruple bypass and stent surgery in 2004. He would have been dead over a decade ago had he not.

Well, at least she’s not a humanitarian.

I had a buddy who turned Vegan, and no one within shooting distance ever heard the end of it.
However, he challenged me to go Vegan for six months, saying I’d feel better than ever. Well, after six months I felt the same. However, my cholesterol dropped from 214 down to 138.
Was it worth it? I don’t know. Although it was better for my health, practically every meal sucked, and I couldn’t wait for the 6 months to be over.
