just for laughs...
video only 7:22
Well wasn’t that special (no it wasn’t).
The ONLY part of SNL live I have watched in recent memory is the opening.
Got through about 3 minutes of this one and had to go.
Does HRC and the Libs get charged for this campaign ad?
Guess it is still(??) watched as people had no problem taking an old script and claiming Palin made a statement or two that were virtually false.
Hate to say the obvious BUT can you imagine the uproar if a ‘Conservative’ type ran negative bits like this.
The ONLY thing we have is HRC & Burny on MSM but - thankfully - the segments are short as it is hard to edit any idiotic statement from them as the main gist of their message is idiotic
Darrell Hammond, the guy who played Trump, did a good job with mannerisms, voice, speaking inflection.
It was not funny, and yes, quite painful.
Of course they’ll mock Hillary and Liawatha next week.....
The first rule of comedy is that, above all, it must be funny.
We all know that most humor comes at someone’s expense. The right has demonstrated that, within limits, it can take a joke. And the left has amply demonstrated that it cannot.
Contrast The Donald with Prezzy Stompyfoot. Trump can roll with a joke at his expense - even some pretty vicious ones. Stompyfoot can’t.
SNL will do something next time around to poke fun at hillary-dillary or the bern and claim even treatment but it won’t be the same because it won’t be to the same proportions.
What an election season where the previously presumptive ‘King of the Evangelicals’ winds up being parodied as ‘The Great Satan’!
Should’ve had him as H.W. Bush, and Will Ferrell as W. Bush, at a tea party talking about how revolting Trump is, and then Trump come in and whack them around.
Although Donald Trump did look a lot like him, I didn’t care for the skit at all. It had mind-numbingly dumb jokes and was somewhat insulting to real church-goers.
That was awesome.
#14 ~ That was awesome.
I posted just for laughs - I always thought Dana was a funny guy, but some people didn’t see it like that.
We are all entitled to our opinions...
I am sure we can all readily agree that my opinion is the only valid one.
Please close the thread.
That was terrible. If you haven’t watched it don’t bother.
The Church Lady character used to smirk, contort her face, make funny gestures and dance around.
I didn't see any of the old character last night and the writing was completely lame.
SNL only goes for the low hanging Fruit nowadays.
The only funny thing I saw was the skit with the three women talking about their near death experiences.
The participants were doing their best to maintain their composure when the skinny gal (forget her name) started talking about her “different” experience. Of course the classic skit way back when was the one about the guy who lived in a Van down by the River. Chris Farley made David Spade lose it throughout the entire thing.
Oh, I'm sorry, did my comment offend you? @ 5:40 http://youtu.be/00Et3uOmmLQ
