Fuddy was necessary to force somebody at the HDOH to forge records so they would match the computer database manipulation that was being done to try to get Obama’s BC# to “fit” even though it DOESN’T fit.
Dennis Montgomery’s testimony directly related to the database manipulation that Fuddy ended up having to cover for.We already know the database manipulation happened because the HDOH worker looked in the database and legally responded to my UIPA request by saying that Virginia Sunahara had no birth certificate - when we know she does. Why was her BC invalidated? So BC numbers could be switched around between different people including Barack Obama?
The day after I was put in contact with Terry Lakin’s legal team, to give them my evidence that the HDOH had manipulated not only their printed birth index but also their actual database - evidence that would overcome the “presumption of regularity” (the legal presumption that government officials can be trusted, absent evidence to the contrary) and thus allow Lakin discovery of the original HDOH records for his defense - the sheathing on the wiring in my husband’s van was removed, shorting out almost all the electronics and making dangerous sparking next to the engine. Shortly thereafter my computer bit the dust with a trojan. And shortly after that Denise Lind ruled that approval by a Constitutional President is irrelevant to the lawfulness of foreign combat orders, leaving Lakin with no defense.
Fuddy was absolutely critical. Montgomery claimed to have evidence for a criminal investigation that would implicate Fuddy in the cover-up of the computer manipulations that had happened on Fukino’s watch as HDOH director - manipulations that I had already documented. The M.O. to stop me from getting my evidence into Lakin’s court-martial was to hit my husband, just like the M.O. was when they wanted me to shut up about this fake “crash” that supposedly killed Fuddy. They’ve thrown everything at Montgomery to try to shut him up and/or discredit his testimony. It was going to come down to “he said, she said”, and they did NOT want Fuddy subject to cross-examination to try to refute Montgomery. They didn’t end up having to kill either me or Montgomery because they got their “legal” puppets to subvert justice instead - with Lind throwing out the whole rule of law in the military, and with Judge Snow going on wild-goose-chases that had nothing to do with the case in which he should have recused himself anyway.
It’s a long, interconnected story, but Fuddy is absolutely critical in all this. Montgomery having the ear of Arpaio made the situation hit critical mass.
Lest anybody think I’m “crazy”, let me just remind everyone that Virginia Sunahara’s death certificate - received by her brother directly from the HDOH and certified with Onaka’s seal - has a “T.H.” (Territory of Hawaii) file number, even though it is a STATE of Hawaii death certificate. Somebody had to go out of their way to put that T.H. there instead of what was there on the actual State of Hawaii document on file. IOW, somebody wanted us to know that death certificate was forged. That’s the action of somebody on the inside who was ordered to do an illegal act and resisted. Who would have ordered them to forge that death certificate? Loretta Fuddy.
And that’s just one example of how she had to break the law to cover for the manipulated database, trying to fit in an extra person who never had a 1961 birth certificate/number. She illegally restricted access to original long-forms because it would be too hard to forge all those paper documents necessary to fudge all the numbers (to try to keep their numbering system blurry). That allowed them to do the number-fudging in the database where things can easily be switched back and forth as necessary without having to forge anything.
But she didn’t restrict access to original death certificates so they had to forge death certificates that would contain original BC#’s that would expose their numbering system. And somebody who was ordered to do the forgery left several bright red flags so we would know they did it under duress.
Fuddy was critical. And her “death” came 19 days after Zullo made it clear to the public that they were moving forward with Montgomery.
I’ll try to keep it brief. I think she would have been just as ‘critical’ IF she uncovered the hanky panky with the records that dates back to the day Virginia’s death notice appeared in the paper, the 8th August. That’s the date the document for zero was submitted and accepted by the Local Registrar, of which, iirc, there were FOUR one for each geographical region.
The reason there was no BC for Virginia might have been because a FAKE document replaced hers...and the fakers, thinking that because she died at Kapiolani, she must have been born there. But she was born at Wahiawa.
That information wasn’t available from the Death Notice.
The fake found its way through the system, ended up at the HDOH, was entered in the Kapiolani batch, and THAT resulted in the birth announcement in the newspapers.
On August 29, her death certificate was amended from the name of her father Tomio to Virginia - so they could bury her, the parents needed to produce both a birth and a death certificate.
A BC was raised for her on the same day, the 29th August, and that was 439 digits out of sequence with her birth at Waihawa.
If that is anything like what Fuddy might have uncovered, and IF she confided her findings, and IF she was intent on NOT committing perjury, she was a huge threat.
I have a sense that Fuddy was NOT a crook. She got the job because they thought she could be manipulated.
That’s my impression. And that’s all it is, an impression. I’m sorry, but I think life is too short for me to start from scratch and study this with a fine tooth comb. I wish all you the best and hope you get to the bottom of it.
