There is always the commie solution. Boarding doors on the TU-154 were further back in the fuselage. You got on. First Class was to the left, Coach was to the right. The proles in Coach never needed to see how the party officials traveled. Everyone was happy as long as the plane landed safely. (Note that they did have a forward door, but boarding was through the door just in front of the wing. )
