You’re talking about delegates who are bound by state party rules to vote for trump. Every one knows the rules and knows how the delegates are supposed to vote.

I think the real question is What if the delegates go rogue and ignore the fact that they are pledged/bound and vote for “X” instead of “Y” ,, What’s going to happen? there’s no “delegate jail” ...
