Aren’t Cliven Bundy and a bunch of the others in jail now? Doesn’t sound like much of a victory.

I thought we were talking about martial law. The people arrested for the Bundy incident were out walking around in plain sight. They will now go through the court system and we will see what happens. If we were in a martial law situation where the conflict had begun things would be different.
In addition I would point out that defying the govt may come at a cost. Historically it has happened time and again.
