Sounding good. Someone on the thread a few years ago described how they planted carrots in the fall to overwinter and have carrots to eat as early as March. Don’t recall much about it though.
Went to pick up my heirlooms. The guy growing them for me has a large asparagus patch. His family has been having asparagus cooked every way they can think of. He was very happy to give me a nice bunch of them.
