Can’t have Giuliani. Both P and VP candidates cannot be from the same state.

Theoretically he could since he isn't going to win New York anyway. But there are better choices than Giuliani.

Uh, NO he can’t. Winning or losing one or another state in that circumstance is IRRELEVANT! The Constitution simply forbids the President and the Vice President from being from the same state. That’s why I knew that Cheney was going to be Bush’s Veep when he hopped on a plane to Wyoming a few days before the convention in 2000 - he had been a Texas resident while working for Halliburton, and needed to re-establish his Wyoming residency.
