Wrong, your genitals determine if you could rape a woman, then again, if you a woman in a mans body, you can sit in the men urinal and pee. Like I said, if your determined your a woman and not a man, get em snipped, and enjoy the ladies. Regardless, its not societies problem to solve, its your personal decision.
Rape can be accomplished with many things other than a penis. Allowing people who just a few years ago were classified as mentally ill (by AMA and APA) into your close space is just nuts.
